About PIASC Collection Service, Inc.
In a never-ending quest to enhance service to our members, PIASC created the Printing Industries Association Collection Service, Inc. (PIACS), which is a full-service collection agency strictly for PIASC members, with the sole purpose of assisting in the resolution of their delinquent accounts.

Our service is 'one-on-one' collector to debtor contact. We are in personal touch with your customer to assure immediate results, exerting maximum pressure to effect collection. We will also be in touch with you reporting by dictated letter all that is happening when it occurs.Options
PIACS offers the option of immediate or 10 day free demand. With either service, you will receive an immediate acknowledgment and our initial demand letter will be sent the same day to your customer advising that the account has been placed, specifying immediate payment is required.Rates
PIACS's entire concept is to provide an outstanding service for its members at competitive costs. The commission for collections is entirely contingent at the following rates (applied to monies actually collected):Claims of less than $1,000.................................................33%
Claims of at least $1,000 but less than $3,000...............25%
Claims of at least $3,000 but less than $10,000.............22%
Claims of $10,000 or more.................................................18%
If the account requires suit, we have a screened network of attorneys who specialize in the commercial collection field. There will be an added fee of 5% (applied to monies actually collected) for all accounts referred to counsel, which will include the attorney's collection fee. Court filing fees are extra and must be advanced.
